HOW TO BECOME A VENDOR

​Vendor Application:

Step 1: Complete the Raptor Application
All vendors are required to submit a new Raptor application each year. Please note renewals are not automatic. Applications submitted without the signed Privacy Policy and COI (Certificate of Insurance) will be considered incomplete and will not be processed.​

Step 2: Submit Payment

All vendors must submit an $80 fingerprinting/background check fee to FA.

Payment options:

Check (Front Office):

Memo must be labeled “Fingerprinting”

Credit Card:

Please label the non‑account area of the payment as “Fingerprinting”

Step 3: Background Check & Fingerprinting
All vendors are required to pass a Level 2 background check through the Clearinghouse. Fingerprinting will be completed on our campus, FA is a LiveScan provider.

Please note: If you are already eligible in the Clearinghouse through one of the state agencies, you will not need to pay the $80 or be fingerprinted.
